Cedele and Yami Yogurt
31 May, 2008
Went to Suntec today for some window shopping alone~
I made some discoveries!
1. I do not like chicken or tuna or any meats (smoked salmon and egg are exceptions~) on my sandwich.
2. I don’t like to eat huge cafe sandwich because the fillings are not evenly distributed(concentrated in the centre).
3. I like to eat plain breads with many ingredients inside(eg. cedele’s breads! mixed grains, walnuts, nuts nuts nuts seeds blah……..). I can eat it by itself and I like it this way. :D
4. Suntec is HUGE!
5. I prefer plain yogurts to frozen yogurts.
6. There’re 3 yoghurt places in Suntec – Yami Yogurt, Yogurt place and red mango.

Discoveries aside, here’s what I had:
My third Cedele Sandwich!

Rosemary Chicken Sandwich $7
A brief description from their website:
‘Our cafe hot favourite! The unpretentious rosemary chicken sandwich on focaccia bread wraps fresh chicken meat marinated with our rosemary infused olive oil and cranberry sauce.’
I didn’t like the chicken. I think I would not have chicken with bread again(unless in patty form). There were lots of rosemary bits on the chicken and some cranberry sauce spread on it. The sauce were all concentrated in the middle, hence from the cross section it looks like there’s a lot of jam, but actually there wasn’t enough for me.
Personally, I found the rosemary taste overwhelming and somehow, everything just doesn’t blend together well. The saving grave was the Mixed Grain Bread I choose, I love it~! I love eating it by itself.. (: I’ll just order soup with free flow bread next time.
After this and the veggie tofu sandwich from Cedele, I realized that I don’t really like Cedele’s sandwich fillings. The smoked salmon one was good though, especially with the refreshing dill and yoghurt dressing.
Now I want to eat cake!
I also had Yami Yogurt, after wanting to try it for so long. Been ranting nonstop to someone about it. Hee.
Turned out that iI prefer Pink Yogurt and The Yogurt Place better.
Yami Yoghurt serves frozen yoghurt which tastes icy and gives a really refreshing tinge. It’s really melt in your mouth and feels really light.
Personally, I prefer the denser, non-frozen yoghurt which is more sour.. really a comfort food for me..
