your combinations of ingredients are so interesting! hahah i spent xmas having pizza, ba kwa, cous cous, spinach & sweet potato curry, turkish delight, hari raya cookies and hot chocolate. some of the dishes were obviously due to the magic of singpost. =D

yup haha do you want the recipe? it’s easy peasy. =D

  6. slayedoll Says:

wenxiu: sure! let me guess.. throw spinach and sweet potato into a pot with curry powder and stew it? :P

  7. wenxiu Says:

hahah no, it’s not really the chinese-style curry. saute chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, turmeric, ground coriander, curry powder and cumin for 10min. then throw in cubed sweet potatoes, mushrooms, 4 tbsps tomato puree, 4 tbsps peanut butter and 300ml stock, and cook until the sweet potatoes are tender. before serving, throw in spinach and chopped fresh coriander. =D

  9. wenxiu Says:
