the one in the small tub’s sambar, which is like an indian vegetable stew/curry i think..
the white one’s coconut chutney — a semi-solid paste usually made of coconut, dal, green chilies, and mint or coriander (cilantro).
the others are chutney as well, one tomato and one peanut i suppose. the peanut one tastes like pureed peanuts and doesnt really go well with the dosa in my opinion, so i didn’t really touched that. :p

i had it at komala’s deli at yishun’s northpoint shopping centre’s food court @ the basement! (:
